Investiture Ceremony of the Bunny Movement-2026
The Montessori Section proudly celebrated the Investiture Ceremony of the Bunny Movement on 2nd July 2026, marking a significant milestone in the young learners' journey towards discipline, responsibility, and character building.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome to the distinguished guests: Principal Ms. Jacintha D'Costa, Scout Master Mr. Sampath, and Flock Leader Ms. Elizabeth Sumana. The ceremony began on a serene and spiritual note with a prayer song rendered by the teachers, accompanied beautifully by Mr. Ranjan Manohar on the music.
Ms. Vandana Kini welcomed the gathering, while Ms. Suma Ambalapady highlighted the significance of the Bunny Movement The Bunny aprons were presented to the children by the Scout Master and Flock Leader.
The Principal administered the Bunny Pledge. In her inspiring address, she encouraged the children to uphold the values embodied in the pledge by being disciplined, respectful, and responsible in all walks of life. She urged them to 'Stop, Listen, and Hop' like cheerful bunnies, while moving forward with confidence and carrying the ideals of the Bunny Movement in their daily lives.
The children enthusiastically recited the Bunny Motto, sang the Bunny Song, and performed the Bunny Salute under the guidance of Bunny Aunty. Dressed in adorable bunny-ear crowns, they added charm to the celebration. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Milin, followed by the School Anthem. The event was gracefully compered by Ms. Molita D'Souza . The Investiture Ceremony was a memorable and enriching experience, leaving the young Bunnies inspired to uphold the values of the movement with sincerity and enthusiasm.
