Montessori Section celebrates Orange Day
The Montessori Section celebrated Orange Day on 3rd September with great enthusiasm. The premises glowed in vibrant shades of orange as teachers and children came dressed in cheerful orange attire. The day began with a lively Show and Tell activity where children brought orange objects from home and spoke about them confidently. They then enjoyed creative activities like colouring and decorating carrots with crumpled paper, making orange fish from paper plates, filling a basket with orange cut-outs and crafting tiger puppets. These activities enhanced their fine motor skills, creativity and confidence. Teachers also demonstrated how orange is made by mixing red and yellow and spoke about its qualities of warmth, cheerfulness and energy. It was a vibrant day filled with joyful learning, laughter and plenty of orange!
